Nose: Clean. Medium (+) intense ripe red fruit with roasted, balsamic & mineral notes.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied with subtle vanilla & tasty fruit notes, good tannins & acidity.
Vinification: From a single estate, "Pago de Valdelacasa." Fermented in stainless steel & aged 6 months in French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Veal chops.
