  • Varieties: Trepat & Garnacha. Appearance: Clear. Deep salmon with very many & fine bubbles. Nose: Clean. Medium intense fresh red fuit aromas with subtle citus notes as well. Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with juicy red fruit, clean & bright acidity & a pleasant bitter note on its finish. Vinification: Produced from native varieties to the Alt Penedès. Fermented in stainless steel with second fermention in-bottle where the wines ages on its lees for up to 20 months before being disgorged without dosage. Recommended Food Pairing: Codfish fritters.
