Varieties: 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Muscat de Alexandra, 15% Muscat de Frontignan & 5% Gewurztraminer.
Appearance: Clear. Pale lemon with brilliant reflections.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced. An aromatic white blend with notes of apricot, passion fruit, ginger & white flowers.
Palate: Dry. Light-bodied. Flavors of ripe fruit, fresh nectarines, oranges & peaches. Sweet, but not cloying- balanced, with good acidity.
Vinification: Hand harvested form vines 35-50 years old, fermented in stainless steel. Made by one of our favorite Cava producing houses as the winemakers “date wine”, the Gessami is a special wine.
Recommended Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own or with spicy foods, like Thai noodles.
