Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense. Fresh floral notes, red berries, vegetal & mineral qualities on the nose. Saline, with toast & spice aromas.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied. This wine is rich, silky & elegant on the palate with expressive minerality & a saline quality. Coastal in character, with a light body and good acidity. A linear, fresh red with mineral undertones and raw tannins.
Vinification: Aged for 14 months in French oak, its must ferments in stainless steel while malolactic fermentation takes place in oak. The grapes are harvested from old vines preserved by Galicians, by hand. Vinified under temperature controls. Easily cellared for up to four years.
Recommended Food Pairing: White meat & gravy, poultry & vegetables, or stuffed chicken.
