  • Varieties: 80% Mencía & 20% Palomino Fino. Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with brilliant reflections. Nose: Clean. Pronounced red fruit with subtle floral hints. Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with good acidity throughout & fine tannins. Vinification: Red & white are co-fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Aged 12 months in French oak. No sulfur added. Recommended Food Pairing: Rosemary seasoned roast pork loin.
