Nose: Clean. Pronounced, ripe red fruit with subtle floral aromas.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with focused, austere fruit notes, vibrant acidity & good minerality.
Vinification: Hand harvested from organically farmed 80-year-old vine parcels located in Roa, a town with the highest elevation in the region. Fermented in foudre. Aged 12 months in used oak, followed by another year in bottle.
