Appearance: Clear. Deep lemon approaching gold, with bright tones.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Intense candied peach & apple aromas with citrus hints & aging notes such as toast.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Powerful, fresh & mature on the palate with soft, creamy bubbles. Lengthy with toffee, vanilla & a touch of minerality.
Vinification: From organic vineyards, bio-dynamically farmed. Hand harvested. Aged 120 months in-bottle, under cork, with a medium dosage.
