Varieties: 70% Xarel-lo & 30% Macabeo.
Appearance: Clear. Pale lemon in color with green hues.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Complex aging notes on the nose; smoky & toasted aromas.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Powerful with good acidity. Nut, rosemary & bread flavors with a slightly bitter finish.
Vinification: From a 150-hectare vineyard in the Upper Penedés. Aged 5 years in bottle, with no dosage.
Recommended Food Pairing: Drink alone as an aperitif or with fried dishes.
