Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied but rich, oily & dense on the palate with good intensity, balanced acidity & length.
Vinification: A single-estate wine from vines planted in silt, loam & clay soils in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The Atlantic climate provides high variation between day & nighttime temperatures which make for high-quality grapes with complex flavors. Aged 11 months on its lees in new & used French oak with frequent battonage, making for a wine rich & creamy in body.
Recommended Food Pairing: White meats in a creamy sauce.
