Varieties: 65% Garnacha, 15% Cariñena, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Syrah.
Appearance: Clear. Purple, bright violet colored.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced, perfumed notes of red berries, baking spices, candied scents. Aromas of purple flowers, rose petals and plums.
Palate: The palate provides suave, under-ripe red fruit with a bit of spice on the finish. Gentle, elegant flavors of herbs, fennel, lavender and plum. A very long finish with supple tannins.
Vinification: Biodynamic, organic. This wine is made from vines up to 75 years old. The grapes are gently pressed, fermented in oak vats and aged 16 months in oak after malolactic fermentation.
Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled lamb or beef.
