Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with purple tones.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced ripe black & red fruit aromas with a subtle hint of citrus.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with concentrated fruit notes, supple tannins & good persistence.
Vinification: Hand harvested from 14-year-old vines, rigorously selected & destemmed before undergoing a 20 day maceration. Fermented in stainless steel, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation & lees aging. Slightly filtered before bottling.
Recommended Food Pairing: Lamb kebob with sweet potato fries & sriracha crème fraîche.
