Varieties: Xarel-lo & Macabeo.
Appearance: Clear. Deep lemon, with fine bubbles.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense, complex aromas; tropical fruit, toasty aging notes as well as hints of dried fruit.
Palate: Dry, full-bodied. Broad & weighty on the palate with good structure, surprising freshness & a persistent finish.
Vinification: From old vines. The varietals are vinified separately & blended. Aged a minimum of 36 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: White meats.
