Nose: Clean. Medium intense green apple & nutmeg notes.
Palate: Dry. Full bodied. Creamy on the palate with toast & truffle flavors mid-palate & a smooth, silky finish.
Vinification: From a producer whose focus is vintage cava & is responsible for producing some of the most desirable cava in Spain. This wine is aged 60 months on its lees, with a disgorgement date of November 2015 and a production limited to less than 25,000 cases.
