Equipo Navazos La Bota de Manzanilla Pasada 50 “Bota Punta”
Variety: Palomino Fino.
Appearance: Clear. Gold with brilliant highlights.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Grainy & herbaceous with saline notes. Oat & tea aromas with a hint of iodine on the nose.
Palate: Medium-bodied. Dry, complex & acidic with nutty, buttery & salty notes on an elegant, lightly oxidized palate.
Vinification: The 5th saca from a 15 butt solera of La Guita which dates back to 1986. From a single cask at the end of the line, from a barely refreshed solera, resulting in the oldest wine.
Recommended Food Pairing: Langoustine.
