Variety: Palomino Fino.
Appearance: Clear. Deep amber.
Nose: Clean. Dark, nutty aromas of hazelnut.
Palate: Full-bodied. Very dry, super concentrated with high acidity & bitterness.
Vinification: Produced from a combination of two barrels of very old Oloroso, one 80 to 90 years old. Produced in a very limited amount, 900 half bottles.
Recommended Food Pairing: Dried fruit or cured ham.
