Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with stone fruit flavors, freshness & a persistent finish.
Vinification: From organically grown grapes, sourced from farmers in the region. Aged a minimum of 15 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Merluza en salsa de piñones, fish in pine nut sauce.
