  • Varieties: 95% Carignan & 5% Garnacha. Appearance: Clear. Deep purple. Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Cherry & black currant aromas. Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied. The palate has great length & is full of fresh, juicy fruit & minerality. Vinification: From very old vineyards in Gratallops & Vilella Baixa, grown organically & hand harvested. Fermented using natural yeast in new & used oak. Aged 18 months in oak. Recommended Food Pairing: Braised lamb & mushrooms.
