Nose: Clean. Pronounced ripe & candied red fruit aromas with good minerality, subtle iron & black pepper notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with unctuous texture, concentrated fruit flavors, good acidity & subtle mineral notes.
Vinification: From a small appellation in the Aragón region. Vinified using "sensorial winemaking" techniques, which uses trained blind tasters to note changes in the wines development. Fermented in a mix of 2-4 year old French & American oak, where malolactic takes place. Aged an additional 3-4 months in barrel.
