Nose: Clean. Pronounced. An exuberantly fruity nose dominated by forest fruit with some vegetal notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied. Potent flavors with delicate tannins, good structure, and balanced acidity. Maintains a prolonged, lingering aftertaste.
Vinification: Organically farmed on estate-owned vineyards & aged a minimum of 18 months in bottle.
