Varieties: 80% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha, Mazuelo, Graciano.
Appearance: Clear. Dark, deep ruby color.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced nose showing mature fruit & incense as well as beef blood and iron.
Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied. Juicy, fresh, round, smooth and generously bodied. Earthy and leathery, spicy and vibrant.
Vinification: A reserva wine from the Bosconia vineyard. Aged 5 years in oak, racked twice yearly and fined but not filtered.
Recommended Food Pairing: Roasted, highly seasoned lamb, meat and rice dishes.
