Nose: Clean. A pronounced bouquet with cedar, freshly-baked nut brittle notes & a hint of leather.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied. Bone-dry with complex, savory notes; toasted nuts & cardamom.
Vinification: A 30-year-old amontillado hand-selected from one of the best casks from the solera of Amontillado San Bartolomé. From one of the oldest & finest bodegas in Andalucia, Lustau was founded in 1896.
