Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Butterscotch aromas, along with toasted walnuts, cinnamon & a hint of tobacco.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied, intense & warming with highly concentrated flavors. The palate is rich with flavors of balsamic & clove.
Vinification: From a selection of the best casks from a solera which dates back to 1920. Aged 30 years, giving this oloroso amazingly concentrated richness.
Recommended Food Pairing: Smoked seafood, rich tapas, stews & even spicy dishes.
