Appearance: Clear. Deep tawny in color with brilliant amber reflections.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced aromatically with a bouquet of raisins & roasted coffee beans.
Palate: Full-bodied. Sweet. Rich & velvety on the palate with complex, bitter dark chocolate notes & a great persistence resulting from its prolonged aging.
Vinification: Bottled unfined & unfiltered from a single cask of a six-cask solera which dates to the 1930’s.
Recommended Food Pairing: Blue cheeses or chocolate desserts.
