Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied. Salty, tangy & nutty. Elegant & complex.
Vinification: Aged for 12 years in a boutique solera in Jerez de la Frontera. From vines up to 60 years in age, planted in albariza & chalk.
Recommended Food Pairing: Best served before a meal, with Jamón or Marcona almonds.
