Appearance: Clear. Amber, brown.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced hazelnut notes. Extremely complex, mature & aromatic.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied. Pleasingly light, with an excellently long finish.
Vinification: From a bodega founded in 1830, this Amontillado has spent at least 50 years in the solera system. Bottled in small quantities, only 50 cases annually.
Recommended Food Pairing: A perfect pair for richly seasoned Asian dishes.
