Appearance: Clear. Deep ruby.
Nose: Clean. Light hints of black & blue wild berries, mixed with peppercorns with a base of violets & savory herbs.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied, with high acidity & medium tannins.
Vinification: A blend of native varietals, produced in small quantities; aged in French & American oak. From a small town on the island of Grand Canaria, most of this wine is consumed locally. Produced in a terraced, family owned vineyard undeniably influenced by the Atlantic.
Recommended Food Pairing: Roasted poultry or herbed lamb.
