Varieties: 73% Treixadura, 20% Godello, 5% Torrontés, 2% Loureira.
Appearance: Clear, light straw colored.
Nose: Clean, with subtle mineral and floral aromas.
Palate: Dry. Fresh and incredibly crisp, this shows vibrant notes of ginger, lemongrass, grapefruit and Meyer lemon with a lovely palate of minerality and balanced acidity.
Vinification: The family works in a sustainable way, with respect for the environment. Only 4ha of vineyards that are situated around the old 'Adega' and the family farm called 'Finca Teira'. The vines are between 15 and 35 years old, on granite soil. A soft press and short fermentation in stainless steel, no malolactic fermentation.
Recommended Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, flaky white fish and shrimp, as well as vegetables, and appetizers.
