Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with raspberry & black cherry notes balanced by vibrant acidity.
Vinification: Hand harvested from vines up to 70-years-old planted in granitic soils at an altitude of 900m. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete vat & French oak before being aged for 12 months.
