Varieties: 60% Xarel.lo, 20% Macabeo, 5% Parellada & 15% other native Catalonian varieties.
Appearance: Clear. Medium lemon with gold reflections & fine bubbles.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced orchard fruit & aromas with subtle floral & herbaceous notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with vibrant acidity, lively effervescence & a clean finish.
Vinification: A small producer using native varieties in Gunyoles del Penedés with a traditional production method. These wines are aged up to two and a half years.
Recommended Food Pairing: Salt cod fritters.
