Nose: Clean, medium-intense bright red fruit with balsamic notes.
Palate: Dry. Fresh, light bodied with tasty fruit & mineral notes.
Vinification: Made from native varietals, organic & manually farmed without the use of herbicides or chemicals. Vinified using a light extraction. Aged 2 months in French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Mar i Muntanya, Catalonian surf & turf.
