Appearance: Clear. Deep lemon.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Intense citrus & tropical fruit aromas with floral & honeyed notes.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Unctuous & broad on the palate with good acidity & a long, persistent finish.
Vinification: Made from late-harvested, botrytis-affected grapes. Produced in collaboration with Sant Hurban-Hoff, a german wine producer.
Recommended Food Pairing: Drink as a dessert.
