Varieties: 60% Garnacha, 30% Cariñena & 10% Syrah
Appearance: Clear. Ruby with a purple rim.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense blueberry, plum & balsamic notes with floral & earthy hints.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied with ripe fruit balanced by good acidity & typical Priorat minerality.
Vinification: Farmed organically, harvested early & aged in large oak vats for 12 months. A wine capable of developing in bottle.
Recommended Food Pairing: Oxtail with chestnuts & prunes.
