Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied. An oily mouthfeel, with stone fruit flavors. Rich, fruity with good acid & balsamic notes.
Vinification: From a single plot, made from 60-year-old vines grown in volcanic soil. Fermented with natural yeasts & aged on its lees for 6 months.
