Appearance: Clear. Medium lemon.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced. Delicate aromatic notes, bay leaf & honey on the nose.
Palate: Full-bodied. Sweet, but balanced & fresh on the palate. Silky, with a persistent finish.
Vinification: Made from grapes grown in volcanic ash, fermented slowly & aged in contact with the lees for 10 months. Produced in tiny quantities, only 800 bottles.
Recommended Food Pairings: Spicy meat stews.
