Varieties: 80% Godello & 20% Doña Blanca.
Appearance: Clear. Pale lemon.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense fresh mint, citrus & white blossom.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Full of texture & freshness; the palate is elegant, silky & long.
Vinification: A blend of highland Bierzo varietals. The Godello is planted in stony, clay & limestone soil; the Doña Blanca are old vines planted in slate soil. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel where it's aged on its lees for 5 months, with a weekly battonage.
Recommended Food Pairing: Brown crab crostini, white meats.
