Appearance: Clear. Deep ruby.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense raspberry, black pepper & subtle, earthy minerality.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied with concentrated flavors, medium tannins & good acidity. Ripe, but fresh on the palate.
Vinification: Old -vine mencía, 75% de-stemmed & fermented in stainless steel for 22 days. Aged in neutral French oak for 13 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Roast duck.
