Varieties: 90% Tempranillo & 10% Verdejo.
Appearance: Hazy. Medium pink with subtle effervescence.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense red fruit aromas with subtle mint & herbaceous notes.
Palate: Dry & medium bodied. Textured with subtle bubbles & fruit but most of all vibrantly fresh & easily drinkable wine.
Vinification: Slowly fermented at cool temperatures then transferred to bottle to finish fermenting and undergo lees aging. Removed off its lees & sediment then replenished with a dry must dosage.
Recommended Food Pairing: Bacalao a Ajo Arriero, A cod and garlic dish typical of Castilla y Leon.
