Nose: Clean. Pronounced floral notes reminiscent of white flowers & honeysuckle along with chocolate, citrus & orange rind notes.
Palate: Sweet. Full-bodied & mouth-coating, dense on the palate with excellent acidity & a long finish. Full of spices, balsamic & citrus flavors.
Vinification: From Moscatel grown in Chipiona, naturally fermented then fortified to retain natural sugar. Aged a minimum of 4 years in a traditional solera system, in oak barrels which previously held Amontillado & Oloroso sherries.
