Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. White peach, Bartlett pear & frangipane with a subtle buttery oak profile. Persistent on the finish with lingering hints of brioche & lactic notes.
Vinification: Aged on the lees for 6 months & in oak for 4 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Shellfish.
