Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced & fruit focused aromatically, with hints of oak.
Palate: Medium-bodied with notes of red cherries, herbs & a subtle spice note.
Vinification: Produced to showcase varietals from the 3 distinct districts of Monterrei with soils composed of gravel and sand. Organic. Fermented in part in stainless steel & partially fermented in cement prior to being aged in used oak for 1 year.
