Nose: Clean. Pronounced & expressive dark berry, cherry preserves, cracked pepper & licorice with exotic Indian spices.
Palate: Dry. Medium-boded with a dark berry profile & a black cherry note on a fresh, long finish.
Vinification: Only two barrels produced from organically farmed vines planted in 1995, in a vineyard 700 meters above sea level. Cold fermentation, followed by spontaneous fermentation in open tank with a long maceration period and subsequent aging for 14 months in French oak.
