Appearance: Clear, pale lemon with a green tint.
Nose: Clean, with a pronounced bouquet of walnuts & almonds. Powerful aromas of ripe fruit & fragrant herbs.
Palate: Dry, full-bodied. Buttery on the palate, hedonistically full with a balance of fruit flavors like banana & mango. Rich, with a smoky aftertaste & consistently flavorful, fresh acidity.
Vinification: From vines 10-40 years old planted in argillo-calcareous soil in Mallorca, farmed sustainably & biodynamically. Vinified in a state of the art facility.
Recommended Food Pairing: Lobster with a butter dressing.
