Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with a maroon rim.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense raspberry & blackberry notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied with fresh red fruit notes, good acidity & medium tannins.
Vinification: Organic. Hand harvested from biodynamically farmed fruit, destemmed & fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Aged 9 months in 500L barrels, 10% new oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Garlic marinated rib-eye steak.
