Appearance: Clear. Deep amber colored with gold tones.
Nose: Clean. Aromatically pronounced, with a noble wood bouquet from aging. Roasted almonds, plum jam, dates & honey.
Palate: Off-dry. Full-bodied, dense & creamy. Spicy on the palate with tasty raisin, apple & caramel flavors with good acidity.
Vinification: From the initial must released from a soft press. Aged in solera an average of 30 years & bottled in limited quantities of 450 bottles.
Recommended Food Pairing: Drink as dessert.
