  • Variety: 80% Palomino Fino, 20% Pedro Ximénez. Appearance: Clear. Deep amber-tawny in color. Nose: Clean. Pronounced aromas of cedar, fig & dried orange zest. Palate: Full-bodied. Off-dry with multi-layered flavors of clove, baked apricots & dark molasses notes. The finish is rich & complex & hints at caramel apple. Vinification: Blended then introduced into a solera established in 1922 with wine averaging 25 years old. Released in limited quantities, with a total of 566 bottles. Recommended Food Pairing: Blue cheese & grilled figs.
