Appearance: Clear. Bright ruby colored.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced aging aromas with ripe, juicy fruit on the nose.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied, elegant. Mature red fruit flavors with good acidity & a long finish that hints at a pleasant bitterness.
Vinification: Hand harvested from vines planted in 1988. Destemmed, fermented in French oak & stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Aged for 12 months in new & used French & American oak.
