Nose: Clean. Medium intense, mineral-laden black & forest fruit aromas with subtle floral notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with savory but rich dark fruit along with smoky & peppered notes on a textured but fresh body.
Vinification: Produced from a native Valencian variety, from organically farmed fruit sourced from Manchuela. Vinified in the Ancestral method without any additions, including sulfur & without being disgorged or filtered.
Recommended Food Pairing: Watermelon salad with & mint garnish.
