Varieties: Field blend of Garnatxa Blanca, Macabeu, Vinyater, Moscatel, Xarel-Lo, Pansé, and Parellada.
Appearance: Cloudy, due to being unfiltered and with skin contact.
Nose: Complex, baked apples and tempera paint, aromatic (the Moscatel finally comes through).
Palate: Dry. Complex with clean & sour fruit, and grippy on the palate. Fresh, vibrant, and it even feels like it evolves in the glass.
Vinification: Harvest early, with a short maceration. Unfiltered with no added sulfur or other additives. Farmed completely organically and then some.
Recommended Food Pairing: Meant for early consumption - drink chilled with just about anything delightful!
