  • Variety: Albariño. Appearance: Clear. Lemon colored, with brilliant reflections. Nose: Clean. Medium-intense citrus & floral aromas; grapefruit, pears & white flowers. Palate: Dry. Light-bodied. Notes of quince, honeysuckle & flowers with excellent minerality & a silky finish. Vinification: From a vineyard located in the Salnés valley; the Rias Baixas sub-region with the most influence from the Atlantic Ocean. Undoubtedly one of the flagship wines of the D.O., a characteristic wine from the varietal. Fermented in stainless steel & aged on its lees for four months. Recommended Food Pairing: Soft cheeses & canned seafood.
