Nose: Clean, medium intense & youthful. Complex & fresh aromas of cherry & blood orange.
Palate: Dry, light-bodied. elegant, with strong tannins, spice notes & clay minerality.
Vinification: Organically farmed, from a practicing biodynamic estate. Made from an endangered variety native to Manchuela fermented in open wood vats & aged in French oak for 7 months.
